Last day to register to vote in the
November General Election Superintendent of Elections office open until 9 p.m. Last day to file a change of residence application |

On or before this date, applications for appointment of challengers for General Election shall be filed with the County Board of Elections. |
| October 28 |
Last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot application by mail (for the General Election) |
| Oct 28 - Nov 3 |
Any civilian absentee voter, who fails to apply in writing for an absentee ballot, may apply in person or by authorized messenger (if voter is sick or confined) to the County Clerk on any day up to 3:00 p.m. of the day before the election. |
